At Buffalo Heart Dogs Grooming Studio, we understand how stressful it can be to leave your furry friend in someone else's care. That's why we offer one on one grooming services, providing a personalized experience that caters to each dog's individual needs and quirks. We have over 25 years of combined experience in the pet grooming industry, ensuring that your dog will receive the highest quality of care. We are pet CPR and first aid certified and attend continuing education seminars yearly. Our studio is a quiet and low-stress environment, helping your pup feel comfortable and at ease throughout their grooming experience. We believe that every dog deserves to look and feel their best and we are passionate about building a strong bond with both the pet and the owner.

Kristi
Hello. My name is Kristilynn, but most of my clients call me Kristi. I have been in the grooming field for about 15 years. I got my start in a corporate salon, where I had a wonderful mentor. I found my passion! I love communicating with clients to figure out what they’d like done with their pup. It’s like a puzzle. I love growing a relationship with the dogs and making them look and feel their best. I was also able to find my second passion, teaching new groomers! Over time, things started to change. Corporate pushed for quantity over quality and safety. I decided to leave to go to a brand new private salon. There I met the most amazing group of women and helped to build a salon into something I truly loved. In 2020 I became manager of grooming, boarding and doggy daycare. I was able to experiment and try new things. I was able to figure out what does and doesn’t work.
In June of 2022, I had my son, Lucas. After my maternity leave, I decided it was best for myself and my family to groom from my home while Morgan and I worked on pursuing our dream of opening our own grooming salon. We’ve hit a few hiccups but I’m proud of where we are!
When I’m not pampering your pooches, I enjoy going hiking with my heart dog, Po. Or pretty much anything outside. Walks, the beach, picnics, swimming and camping… I have an obsession with going out for ice cream. And I am working on navigating the world of being a new mom. I am also a die hard Bills and Bandits fan! Let's go Buffalo!

Morgan
I have been a groomer for 11 years, going from corporate to three private salons. I am always looking to continue my education and I strive to put out my best work on each pet. My clients and their dogs are the reason for my passion. The bond I get to inevitably create between owners and dogs is something I truly cherish. At the end of the day it’s more than just a haircut to me.
I am a member of the board for a non-profit organization called Flair’s Warriors. The organization is dedicated to easing the financial burden on families in WNY that have four legged friends with terminal illnesses. I was also a hospice fosterer for a beautiful Pit Bull named Maze from Queen City Pitties rescue. I made a bucket list for her of things that every dog should get to experience during their lifetime. While our time together was all too short, it was a blessing to give her a comfortable and loving home to enjoy in her final days.
When I’m not working with dogs, I spend my time hiking with my heart dog Emmitt, snowboarding, and looking for our next adventure and travels to go on! Most importantly I’m going to be at every Bills and Bandits game!
