Po, aka Pocephee, aka Pocephus, aka Po Doggo. I adopted him from Buffalo CARES Animal Rescue when he was just a baby. He was born at the rescue along with his TEN siblings! We had Po DNA tested and this goofball is a total "heinz 57." He is a Boxer, Pitty, Lab, Samoyed, Coonhound mix. Unfortunately, Po suffers from idiopathic epilepsy but he doesn't let that get him down. Po is the best boy and is always up for a new adventure! He loves hiking, camping, and laying in the sun. We dabble a bit in agility and he has his novice title in barn hunt and novice trick dog certificate. This boy LOVES to run so this summer we are going to try our hand (or should I say paws) at fast CAT. Po is currently working on his big brother skills, but that's still a work in progress.

Emmitt, who also goes by; Emmy, Emmy bear, Emmitto and MIT- Is my 12 year old Chocolate Lab! I got Emmitt in 2011 when I was just 16. He was only 8 weeks old! Emmitt and I have spent the last 12 years quite literally growing up together. He's always been by my side. I call him a unicorn of a Lab. He has been calm and relaxed his whole life. But he has quite the personality! You would think he is purposefully trying to make people laugh. He loves a good dance party. He will push his way through your legs and wiggle around with you! But his favorite thing in his life is his ball! If we aren’t playing with his ball, he will happily replace it with bubbles, snowflakes, rain falling from the gutters... etc. Like a typical Lab, keeping him out of the water (even just a puddle) is impossible! Over the years we have logged many miles of hiking and going on adventures. He is always ready for a new adventure! As he gets older and we might not be able to do all the same things, or hike the miles we use to, but he will always be my favorite hiking partner.
