We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases from Buffalo Heart Dogs Grooming Studio. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. You may return or exchange any unused or defective product within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
